My guess is that is has been discontinued. However, I would still be open to purchasing a used one providing that it is in good condition. Attached is a picture. How can you tell that it is a knockoff? The Summit Series logo is on the proper sleeve, and there is a white tag on the inside of the jacket. Have a look at this reference thread. They tend to use the same stock photography style - here's one that's a slight variation of the jacket you attached. The fake you found is based on the Realization jacket, however that is no longer a two tone model. All three jackets are for snow sports. I'm 5'10" 170 athletic build and the SMALL Free thinker II fits me loose... a bit too loose. What size should I go for in Three Degrees Jacket? Since it's insulated. As far as insulated Jacket sizes go... I git a MEDIUM RATHBONE hyvent jacket PERFECTLY... and that one is insulated too. As you stated, there are definitely differences between models. I was going to suggest backcountry's Q&A section, but I see you already posted there. Buying off season can be tough.
